How They Celebrated the Victory.

Montreat, March Ist, 1990.—When a9.15 this morning news reached McGill ot the relief of Ladysmith the students broke loose from heir first lectures and almost to anoan started »n & parade of the streets in celebration of the event. They marched to the High School cheering the Donaldas and unvei'ing the Queen’s etatue in froot of the Royal Victoria College as they passed. On the way, tco, they cap- tured the Star bulletin boards whieh made a very appropriate addition to the parade.
