1. Return of library materials will be more prompt with the institution of a fine system for overdue circulation materials assuring fairer distribution of

_ library material.

_ 2. Circulation fines will not start before 15 October _ togive everyone a chance to become thoroughly _ acquainted with the new system.

_ 3. Reserve material cannot be requested ahead of time or renewed by telephone.

4. You willonly need your photo ID with the arcode to borrow library materials.
