Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias for Residue, to me directed,

issued out of Her Majesty‘s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit ot'Janies Yeo against Benjamin Crossinan,James Crossman, Alexander Crossznan, and Henry Crossnian, I have taken and seiz- ed as the property of the said Benjamin Crossman, James Crossmnn, Alexander Crossman, and Henry Crossman, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Benj. Crossman, James Crossman, Alexander Crossman, and Henry Cross'man, in and to 90 acres of land, he the same a little more or less, situate at or near Cross- man‘s Point, in Lot (r Township No. 17, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Wednesday, the 20th day of June, 1866', at l2 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s, set up and sell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £35 143 lid, with interest thereon from the 16th July, l864, at the rate of 10 per cent per annum, and 16s 10d for said writ, besides Sheriff’s tees and incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judi- cature, at the suit of Ralph Brecken against John Reeves, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said John Reeves, All his right, title and freehold interest in and to 270 acres of Land, situ- ate in Freetown, Lot 25, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 8th day of August, 1865, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £106, with interest thereon from the 18th February, 1862, until paid, besides 16s. 8d, for this writ, Sherid’s fees and incidental ex- pcnses. out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Samuel Green, against John Reeves, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Reeves, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said defendant, in and to 270 acres of land, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Freetown, Township No. 25, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 28th day of Marsh, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £123, with interest on £120, part thereof, from the 17th day of February, 1862, until paid, and 16s. 8d for said writ, be- sides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

LAND SALE.

0 BE SOLD by PUBLIC AUCTION, on THURSDAY, the TWELFTII day of JULY next, at the hour-of 12 o’clock, noon, at the COLONIAL BUILDING in Charlottetown, under and by virtue of a. Power of Sale contained in a certain Indenture of Mortgage, hearing date the Thirteenth day of June, AJ). 1862, and made between John Egan then of Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Is- land, Plastcrer, and Margaret Egan, his wife, of the one part, and the Hon. John LongWorth, of the same place, Barrister-at-Law, of the other part: ALL that piece or parcel of Land,situate 'on or form— ing part of Common Lot No. Thirty-two, within the Royalty ol'Char- lottetown, and described as Plot number Twelve in a certain Deed of Conveyance of parts of said Common Lot, executed by Francis Longworth and Sarah Parker, his wife, to the said John Longworth, hearing date the fifth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six, and also on the pan annexed to said Deed, the said Plot being bounded on the North-Westward by theSt. Peter’s Road, and having a sufficient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastwardly from said Road, the South-western side line being Eighty-eight feet in length, and the forth-eastern ninety-nine feet, the said North eastern line forming the side inc of a new street recently opened from the St. Peter’s Road to Euston Street, together with all buildings, fences, improvemens, rights and appurtenances to the said described piece of land, bellonging or appertaining.
