with a paper, 'Ihe Cadre, that was as close to a newspaper as Fred von Dregar is to capitalism. It had no technical style (that- is layout and design) and published anything and everything and only things written by students. ‘ Now let's see why people like The UPEI Sun

so much. be offended by it.

newspaper. People are just happy that our pap- er is readable not that is a newspaper. We want.a newspaper and are trying to put one out. How can you congratulate some one for a job that they are not acconplishing?
