HE COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC LANDS having, un- der the Act of the Colonial Legislature, 16th Victoria, cap 18, concluded the purchase of parts of Townships Nos. 53, 57, 58, 59, 60 and 62 (the prop rty of the Barl of Selkirk) gives Notice to all parties whom it may concorn, that he will attend at the different portions of the Estate (as below men- tioned), to give an opportunity to parties to produce their Agreewents, Leases, or other documents, and to receive the depesits from all persons desirous of purchasing the FREE- HOLD of their several locations, in the terms of the said Act : also, for the disposal of WILDERNESS LANDS om the said
