Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed. issued out of ller Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Alexander lirown.against Januarius McAdam, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Januarius McAdam, all the right, title and interest of the said Januarius McAdam in and to 2 certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land, situate on Township No. 38, in King’s County. The first containing 50 acres of Land, a. little more or less, situate on Township No. 38, aforesaid, fronting on the South Side of the Post Road from Charlottetown, Eastward, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon.

The second containing 10 acres of land, a little more or less, situate on 'I'oivnship No. 38, aforesaid, fronting on the North side of the Post Road from Charlottetown, Eastward, with the building and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that 1 will on the 19th day of January, 1866, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at
