BY virtue of a writ of Statute Execution, to me di-

rected, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Ralph William Brecken against Joseph McVarish, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Joseph McVarish, All his Right, Title and interest in and to one hundred acres of land, a little more or less. With the buildings and appurten- ances thereon, situate on Township No. thirty-nine, in King’s County, bounded on the North by landin posses- sion of James Welsh, on the West by land in posses— sion of Donald McVarish. on the East by land in pos- sessmn ofJames McVarish, and on the South by farms fronting on the Back Farm Road; And I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 8th day of Janu- dry, 1869, at 12 o’clock. noon, at the old Court House. in Georgetown, in the said county,set up and sell, at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the residue of the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of £49 8s. 2d, debt and costs, together with 163. 8d. for the Said writ, besides Sheriff ’s fees and incidental expenses.

Gates against Thomas Lockhart, I have taken and seized, as the pro- perty of the said Thomas Lockhart, All the Right, Title and Freehold interest of the said Thomas Lock- hart, in and to all that tract of land situate on Town- ship No. fifty-four, bounded as follows, viz: commenc- ing on the West side of the Upton road at the North- east angle 'of land in the possession of Archibald Mathieson, thence West to the Dundas road, thence North eleven chains and twenty-four links, thence East to the first mentioned road, thence South to the place of commencement, containing one hundred (100) acres of land, a little more or less, in King‘s County; And I do hereby give Public Notice that I will. on Tuesday, the twentieth day of July next, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the old Court House, in GeOrgetown, in the said county, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy thelevy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of fifty-nine pounds sixteen shillings and eight pence, debt and costs, with interest on fifty-six pounds, from the ninth day of Oc- tober, A. D., 1867, until paid. and 16s. 8d. for this Writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.

Title and Freehold Interest of the said Thomas Mc— Pherson, in and to all that tract and piece of land, sit- uate on Township number fifty~seven, bounded on the East by the land of John McPherson, on the West by John Douse’s farm, on the North by Orwell Bay, and on the South by John McDonald’s farm, containing one hundred acres of Freehold Land, more or less, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Saturday, the third day of July next, 1869, at Twelve o’clock. noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, 1n the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for thirty—seven pounds. with interest on £28 10s. part thereof, from first January, 1868, till paid, besides.
