After this a levee will probably be held. Lord and Lady Aberdeen will diue at Government House and remain there till the next morning, when they will leave for Zummerside, where they will be pre- rented with an address in the City Hall. In the afternoon the Acedia will convey the party to Point du Chene.

Daring the eight months of the present years some 53 children have been rescued and sent out to good homes in various parts of Canada. The work isentirely in the interest of Canadian children and is carried on by Christian ladies in Brighton and Toronto under the superintendency of
