ROADS AND BRIDGES. Road District, No. 3—l’rince County.

"1 AL as of Roads in .Roau District, No. 3, Prince County, will

b take place as follows, viz:—

On Thursday the 21st, road from the Pond, West Point, to Big Pierre Jvaues, crossing Mickey's Bridge; same day, the Bridge at Big Pierre Jacques; and from Big Pierre Jacques to Little Pierre Jvaues, sale to commence at llickey's Bridge.

01) Friday the 22nd, road from Little Pierre Jacques to the Brae Chapel; and from Brae Chapel towards Western Road; same day, new line road to Lot 9 shore, sale to commence at Little Pierre Jactlucs Bridge.

On Saturday, the ‘23rd, road from the Brae Chapel to Beaton’s ; same day, road from Indian Point to Daniel McNeill’s, and from Indian Point to Little Pierre Jacques, sale to commence at Bridge in the Brae, b3 the Chapel, sale to commence at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of each day. .

Two sureties will be required for the completion ofeech contract.

Road District No. 2~King’s County. HE Subscriber will sell by Public Auction, to the lowest bidder, the several sums appropriated for the following purposes :

Commencing on Monday the 25th day of June next, at 10 o‘clock, a. m., therepairing the road east side of Morell, towards McDonald’s mills, Marsh Road, Lot ~10 ; road from Main Post Road towards Dingwell’s wharf, also, said Wharf; road from Main Post Road toward Robert Webster’s ; and the Main Post Road, where most required, from Morell to Marie River.

On Tuesday the 26th, at 10 o’clock, a. m.,the planking of Marie Bridge ; repairing the road leading through Marie Settle- ment from Main Post Road; new road near Midgell Church, leading to Cardigan Road ; planking Midgell Bridge ; Main Post Road from Marie to head of St. Peter’s Bay, where most re- quired; road leading to Bay Fortune, from Head St. Peter’s Bay, and road between McKay’s and Dwan’s, to the mills.

On Wednesday the 27th, at 10 o’clock, a. m., raising road at . both ends of St. Peter’s Bay Bridge, and repairing Breastwork past Sutherland’s ; Road and Bridges from Head St. Peter’s Bay towards Cardigan; Road through Little Baltic from Cardigan Road towards Hayden’s Mills 5 Road from McKay’s mills through Forest Hill, and Road from Cardigan Road toward McKay’s mills, south side Bay.

On Thursday the 28th, at 10 o’clock, a. m., Road from Head St. Peter’s Bay to O’Hanley’s; Road from Portage to Cable Head, by John McLellan’s, and Road from Portage Road to Cable Head, between Donald Sutherland’s and Ronald McDonald’s.

On Friday the 29th, at 10 o’clock,a. m., Road from Head St. Peter’s Bay towards Greenwich ; Road from Head St. Peter’s Bay by Leslie’s mills, and Wharf north side St. Peter’s Bay.

Ample security will be required for the faithful performance of

Road District, No. 6~King95 County. 1113 Subscriber will sell by auction, to the lowest bidder, the repairing ofthe Roads and Bridges of the above district: On Thursday the 21st June next, at 8 o’clock, a.m., commenc- ing at Nicholson’s, Cross Roads, from Nicholson’s, Cross Roads, to Stewart’s Cross; same day, Clay’s Road, on line of Townships Nos. 51 and 55, commencing at Alexander Nicholson’s; same day, road from Dundas to Clay’s road; same day Grand River Bridge and Road from Bridgetown to Dingwell‘s Mills; same day, Lamont’s Road. On Friday the 22d, at 8 o’clock, a.m., commencing at Line of Lot 56; Main Post Road, from line of Lot 56 to Birch Hill, and Groshaut Road; same day, Nicholson’s Road, west of Cahill’s.

On Saturday the 23d, at 9 o’clock, a.m., commencing at Cahill's; Road from Cahill’s to Dundas Church; same day, Enman’s road, and road in rear of Alex. Mathewson’s farm.

On Monday the 25th, at 9 o’clock, a.m., commencing at Nicol- son’s Cross Roads; from Nicholson’s Cross Roads to Grand River Wharf; same day, road between William Wood and George Mac- Kenzie’s; same day, Wharf at Alex. Campbell’s; same day, road at McLeod’s ferry; same day, will expend £20 towards building a Wharf at Poplar Point, North side of Grand River.

On Tuesday the 26th, at 8 o’clock, a.m., Road from Dingwell’s Mills, to Red House, commencing at Dingwell’s Mills; same day, road from Red House to Grand River Wharf; same day, road from Tussel’s to Birch Hill; same day, repairing Grand River Wharf. 4

THE Subscriber will set up and sell to the lowest bidder, the repairing of Roads and Bridges, as follows:

On Wednesday the 20th, sale will commence at Portage, near Grand River, and continue the road to DeGross Marsh; at 12 o’clock, Road between Grand River and Cardigan Wharf, and then continue the Launching Road to the Loyalist Road; at 5 o’clock, on the Loyalist Read.

On Thursday the 21st, at 8 o’clock, sale will commence at Carpenter’s Bridge, Launching Road, and continue to St. Peter’s Road; at 2 o’clock, at Cardigan Bridge; at 5 o’clock, on Divxsion line road.

Ample security will be required for the satisfactory perform-
