Y virtue of a \Vrit of Statute Execution, to me di- rected, issued out of her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, .t the suit of Andrew Archibald Mc- Donald against Donald Mclnnis, I have taken and Seized as the property of the said Donald Mclnnis, all the Right, Title and Freehold Interest in and to One hun- dred (100) acres of Land, alittle more or less, together with the Buildings and improvements thereon, situate on the south side of Bay Fortune River, on Lot or TOWnship Number Forty-three, (43), in King’s County, bounded on the North and East by said river, on the South by land in possession ofJames Sinionson. and on the West by the Eastern boundary of Lot fifty-six, and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the twenty— second (22) day' of January, A. at the suit of Francis Welsh against William Roper, I have taken and seized as the property of the said William Roper, all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said William Roper in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of Land, situate lying and being on Lot or Township N0. 34-, in the parish of Charlotte, in the County of Queen’s County, in the said Island, come mencing at a stake fixed on the East side of \Vintcr River, in the southern boundary of land leased to John MacIntyrc, thence running East to the tov'vnship line dividing Lots 34- & 35, thence South along the said town- ship division line until it meets the northern boundary of land leased to Lionel German, thence West along the said Lionel German’s north boundary for the distance of sixty-six chains and twenty-five links, .or to the eastern boundary ofland in possession of William W. Duck on the eastern side of said River, thence running north- wardly until it strikes the Winter River aforesaid, and thence along the various courses of said RiVer to the place of commencement, and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will on Tuesday, the Fourteenth day of July, 1868, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, set up and sell at public auction, the said property or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being Twenty Pounds, three shillings and four pcncc, £20 3s. 4d., besides Sheriff’s

I have taken and seized as the property of the said Donald McAulay, Angus McAulay and John McAulay, All their right, title and interest in and to the following tracts, pieces or parcels of land, namely: all the Right, Title and Interest of Angus McAulay, in and to Town Lot No. 1, third range, Letter G, in Georgetown, with the Buildings and appurtenances thereon, and two tracts, pieces or parcels of land situate on Township No. 53, in King’s County, the first containing 100 acres ofLand, alittle mere or less, the second containing 60 acres of Land, a litlle more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the Right, Title and Interest of John McAulay, in and to 60 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township Number 53, with the Buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the equitable interest of Donald McAulay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos. 212, 2:22, 234, 245, 246 and 303, in the Royalty of George— town, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 18th day ofFebruary, 1868, at the Court,House-in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public Auction the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £499 125.
