CLC Asks Expansion French, English Use

OTTAWA (OP) — The Cana- dian Labor Congress is asking the federal and provincial gov- ernments’ to expand the use of both French and English in their respective jurisdictions.

OTTAWA (CP)—The govern- | ments of Canada and the United States have announced ap- | proval of measures to control | pollution in Rainy River on the boundary beween northwestern Ontario and Minnesota.
