Last session, he said, the Minister of Agricul ture promised cold storage plant at Charlottetown, and a statement was made that the government would allow 5 per cent. On private storage warehouses. On the strength of this promise the Board of Trade of Charlottetown had taken the matter up and capital had been subscrib- ed, and now a deputation of the Board of Trade was here.
