Y virtue of a. writ of Statute Execution to me di- rected, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Murdock against Donald McAulay, Angus McAulay and John McAulay, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Donald McAulay, Angus McAulay and John McAulay, All their Right, Title and Interest in and to the following tracts, pieces or parcels of Land, namely: all the Right, Title and Interest of Angus McAulay. ‘in and to Town LotANo. 1. third range, Letter G,. in Georgetown. with the Buildings and appurtenances thereon, and two tracts, pieces or parcels of land sntuate on Township No. 53, in King’s County, the first containing 100 acres of Land, a little more or less, the second containing 60 acres of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also, all the Right, Title and Interest of John McAulay, in and to 60 acres of Land. a little more or less, situate on Township No. 53, with the Buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also, all the equitable interest of Donald McAulay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos. 212, 222, 234. 245. 246 and 303 in the Royalty of Georgetown. with the buildings and ap- purtenances thereon, andI do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 18th day of February, 1868, at the Court House, In Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at Public Auction, the almVe re- cited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £499 12s. 6d. debt, with interest thereon from the first day of August, 1862, until paid, and £3 16s. 8d. costs, also, 16$.8d. for writ, besides Sheriff’s fees, poundage and all other incidental expenses. rected. Issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of William Findley against Charles Stewart, I have taken and seized. as the pro- perty of the said Charles Stewart. All the Right. Title and Freehold Interest of the said Charles Stewart in and to all that tract. piece or parcel of land situate. lying and being at Belle Creek on Township No. 62, bounded as follows, that is to say :—Commencing at the Western boundary line of the farm in the possession of Malcolm Stewart. and thence. following the highway in nearly a westerly course for the distance of five‘ chains. and thence followinga northerly course through the farm of Alexander Stewart into the rear boundary line of said farm. thence following the course of the same in an easterly direction until it meets the western boundary of said Malcolm Stewart’s farm, and thence following the said line in a southerly direction to the place of commencement, containing forty acres of Land, a little more Or less. together with all houses and build- ings thereon, and all appurtenances thereto belonging, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give Public Notice. that I will, on Tuesday, the 'l‘wcnty-second day of September, 1868, at Twelve o‘clock, noon, at the Court House. in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction. the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being sixty-one pounds. three shillings and four pence, (£61 3s. 4d.) together with interest on Sixty pounds from 10th January, 1868, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

in Prince Edward Island. formerly ~0Wned by Lieut. Col. Peter DesBrisay Stewart, deceased, and over Which the late Mrs. Mary, Stewart. of Charlottetown, deceased. and Ellen Stewart and Margaret Stewart, daughters of the said Mary Stewart. lately exercised acts of ownership, are HEREBY NOTIFIED that the por- tion of Township No. 18, referred to, became the pro- perty of the Subscriber, in fee simple, upon the death of the said Peter DcsBrisay Stewart, which occurred on the lst day of November last past. The tenants upon the said portiOn of TOWnship No. .1 8. are hereby cau- tioned against paying rent to the said Margaret Stewart, or to any other person or persons who may demand the same. Those of the Tenants who may desire to inform themselves relative to the TITLE of the subscriber, are referred to E. J. Hodgson, Esq., who will afford them
