Regulations to be Enforced at the Ieepee Incinerator as of May I6th, 1964

I. REFUSE COLLECTION CONTRACTOR

As provided in the present contracts. the firm of Jenkins and Clerk will not be required to pay any charges for disposal of refuse collected in the City of Char- lottetown and in the Villages of Sherwood and Parkdale.

CITY BUSINESS FIRMS

There will not be any charge mode to any commercial or industrial firm or other business firms, or individuals in business. located in Charlottetown. Sher- wood. or Porkdale for any additional refuse arising from their business hauled to the Disposal Area either by their own or hired trucks. A permit must first be obtained from City Hall, however, for any truck to use this refuse disposal area. This type of permit be issued for a price of one dollar per year.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

Should any other communities contract for Refuse Collectiori then it is recom- mended that these communities negotiate with the City on e per capita basis as was done with Parkdele and Sherwood.
