The appeal case of the Canadian National Railways versus Hilda G. Hamilton was heard in Char- lottetown yesterday in the Su- p-reme Court before Chief Justice Thane A. Campbell and Justice Mark R. MacGuigan.

Death Monday Of . Mrs. G. S. Munn

The death occurred at the Pill. Hospital on Monday. Decembcr 17, 1956, of Mrs. George S. Munn. formerly of East Royalty, in her ilist year. Mrs. Munn was born in Cherry Valley. the daughter of the late John Macliachern and his wife Charlotte Stewart. Her hus- band predeceascd her in I948. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A section in the law of Can- adian Railwaya states that I train shall not proceed at a speed greater than in miles an hour through it thickly populated portion of a city. town or village. The question arising under the section in regard to this particular incl- dent and the question which forms a basis for appeal is whether or not the area at Albany at which the accident occurred comes under the definition of the said section.
