Y virtue ofa writ of Ficri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Bruce Stewart against Bernard Toole, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bernard Toole, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Bernard Toole, in and to ninety acres of Land, more or less, situate on Lot 30, on the Green Road, and bounded as follows:—commencing at a stake set at the South-west angle ofa tract of land originally leased unto John Cairns; thence along the eastern boundary lines of said tract unto a. tract of land leased unto John White; thence along the Southern boundary of said tract to the East side of the Appin ltoad, so called, thence along said road one hundred chains or to the Green Road, so called, thence along said read to the place of commencement, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in Queen's County; and I. do hereby give public notice, thatl will, on Thursday, the 28th day of February, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisty the levy marked on the said writ, being £64 8s. 6d., 16s. 8d. for this writ besides Sheriti‘s fees and incidental expenses.
