The Institute of Island Studies and the Prince Edward Island Mus— eum and Heritage Foundation are sponsoring a series of lectures called "Plants and Animals of Prince Edward Island. The third annual Island Lecture Series has local biologists commenting on "aspects of the Nat— ural History of the Island. Fish and wildlife, forests and landscape are examined through our changing history."

The lectures are being held in the Hon. George Coles Building, Charlottetown at 8:00 pm,.Mondays from March 4 to April 22. You may still have a chance to hear one or more of the following speakers: April 1 — Kathy Martin: Wildlife on the Dunk.

April 8 - Dan McAskill: The People's Forest. April 15 — Ian MacQuarrie: Hedge's Sake. April 22 — Geoff Hogan. Census for the Birds.
