I have taken and seiz~d as the property of the said Elector Campbell, All the right. title and leasehold interest ofthe said Hector Campbell, in and to Fifty acres of land. a little more or less. with the buildings thereon, situate on Lot or Township No. 211, in Queen's County; and I do hereby give public Notice, that I will, on Friday the 13th day of July, 1866, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the slid County, set up and soil, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £51 lls. S‘d damages and 163. 8d for this writ, besides Sherid’s fees and incidental expenses.

out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Alexander Brown against Januarius McAdam, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Januarius McAdam, all the right, title and interest of the said Januaris McAdam in and to 2 certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land, situate on Township No. 38, in King's County.

The ﬁrst containing 50 acres of Land, 3. little more or less, situate on Township No. 38 aforesaid, fronting on the South side of the Post Road from Charlottetown, Eastward, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon.

The second containing 10 acres of land, a little more or less, situate on Township No. 39, aforesaid, fronting on the North side of the Post Road from Charlottetown Eastward, with the building and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 19th day of January, 1866, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction the above recited property, or as .much_thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £00, With interest on the same from the 22d day of April, 1863, until paid, together with 16s 8d for the said writ, besrdos Sheriff's and all
