This year's Fair will prove even better than last year's, whiclrset a standard for all time. Our preparations are almost complete and when we open our gates on Monday evening, August 14th, every detail will be in place. From all over the Province, yes, and as far away as British Columbia, entries are pouring in and our capacity will be taxed to the utmost despite new accommodation. The equalization of freight means that competitors from all parts of the Province are on an equal footing —as it should be with a Provincial Exhibition. Our grounds and build- ings will be in first class shape and when you visit us you will surely say the plant is as attractive as can be found anywhere. »

Afternoon Program — In Front of Grand Stand

Our afternoon program on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and

. Friday will start at two o’clock sharp and will consist of horse racing,

and a full Vaudeville program. There will be four afternoons crowded

with thrills and excitement. You will witness the best Vaudeville money

can procure and the fastest Maritime race horses in action, together with others brought from far away points.

Evening Prograxﬁ %:In Front of Grand Stand

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday starting at 7.30 p.m. sharp, the Charlottetown Riding Club andthe Vimy Jones Riding Club will stage a Horse Show in the arena in the centrefield. Its lighting has’ been increased to nearly 80,000 candlr power, making it literally as bright as day. This year's Horse Show will be even better than last year. ,There will be a full Vaudeville program every evening consisting of_ fourtee|_1ma_cts, wlthdance numbers by the Revuevlloyale, consisting of ten beautiful girls with ltoselean Dawn, Prima Donna singer, featured. The acts will be intensified by the use of our new high power magnesium lights. The stage has been en- larged and will stand out as a thing of beautywith its new stage settings.

The evening shows will end with a grand spectacular display of fire-'
