Turning to Agriculture. Mr. Phillips noted that the island had enjoyed an excellent crop with ex- cellent harvest weather during I956. The grain and hay crop, he said were the best in years. He also noted that the potato crop had a big yield and prices were fairly good which means cash for farmers to look after hills in the Fall of the year.
