Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Charles Palmer, against Peter Stewart, I have taken and seized, as the property of the Said Peter Stewart, All the right. title and leasehold interest of the said Peter Stewart, in and to 100 acres of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Township No. 52, in King’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will,,on the 19th day of October, l8liti, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Georgetown, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £31 ltls 5d, currency, together with interest on £24, part thereof, from the 17th day of November, 1864, until paid, besides Sherifl‘s fees and all incidental expenSes.

Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Hamilton Ilobkirk, against Robert A Fellowes, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Robert A. Fellowes, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Robert A. Fellowes in and to two hundred and fifty acres of land, little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Lot or Township Number Thirty-four. in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the Twenty- seventhday of March, 1867, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell. at Public Auction, the Said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being five hundred and thirty pounds sixteen shillings and eight pence, with interest on five hundred and thirty pounds, part thereof, from the eleventh day of August last, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
