Dramatic Co’s visit to Charlottetown says: “The c'ass bave secured’ a number of electrical effectsand hovelties from New | York and there is no doubt their visit to Cherlottetown will be one not soon for- gotten.” The. electrical effects under the | direction of Mr. New, stage electrician of | the Halifax Academy of Music, will le used each night for the serpentine and rainbow dance to be produced by Mies Ada Tufts, and also for the rainbow and _ electrical storm in “ The Curee of Cain.” The specialties in the first night’s bill “Jane,” hesides the serpentine dance, will be “The Saw Mill Scene” with machinery in motion sawiog lumber, and the “Coantry Band” wich its funny Drum Meior. Mr. Vinnicombe’s orchestra has been at work some time now practicing for there per- formances.
