prorogucd until Thursday, the Tenth day of October instant: I have thought lit, by and with the advice of Her Majesty’s Executive Council, further to prorogue the said General Assembly, and the same is hereby prorogued until THURSDAY, the Fourteenth day of NOVEMBER next, of which all persons concerned are required to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.

Given under my hand and the Great Seal of this Island, at Charlotte- town, in the said Island, this Eighth day of October, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, and in the Thirtyj‘irst year of Her Majesty's reign.

IN the matter of an application for Execution to be issued against the Lands of Neil MePhec, late of Elliot or West River, in Township number Thirty-one, in Queen’s County, in Prince Edward Island, farmer, deceased, and all his former Right, Title and Interest therein, under the provisions of the Act of the General Assembly of the said Island, passed in the Twenty-fourth year of the Reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “An Act in amendment of and addition to the Act relating to Judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature,” upon a certain Judgment entered of Record in the said Court. in a cause wherein John Henry Gates was Plaintiff, and the said Neil McPhee was Defendant:

WHEREAS application hath been made to this Court,on the part of the above named Plaintiff, John Henry Gates, stating that the sums Of Twenty-nine Pounds fourteen shillings debt, and Three Pounds costs, together with interest, on Twenty-eight Pounds, part thereof. from the 10111 day ot Septemlwr, 18(le, are due and owing to him on and secured by a certain J mlgincnt, entered ot‘Record, at his suit against the said Neil Mcl’ln-e, on or ulmut ’l‘rinity Term, A. I). 1866. for the sum of Fifty-nine Pounds Eighteen Shillings debt, and the said sum offl‘hrce Pounds, cost of suit and exm'ution on such Judgment, has been moved for on behalf of the said John Henry Gates: It is ordered that unless all, or Some of the persons interested in the Lands iormcrly belonging to the said Neil McPheo, deceased, shall on the Seeond day of November next, Coming, at Charlotte- town, come forward and show cause why Execution should not be issued upon the aforesaid Judgment against the Lands of the said Neil McPhee, deceasml, or his former Right, 'l‘illo and Interest therein, then Execution will be issued against the Lands, Tenements and I-Iereditaments ot the said Neil Mel’hee, duet-used. in pursuance of the Act of the General Assembly of Prince Edward Island, passed in the 'l‘wenty-tourth you r ol the Reign of “or present Majcsly, intituled “ An Act in amendment of and in addition to the Act relating to Judgments entered of Record in the Suprech Court ofJudicaturc.”
