‘ IIEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to us, ' under and by virtue of an Act passcd in the fourteenth year of the reign of HM present Majesty Queen Victoria,’intitu1ed “An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we arecommanded to estimate the "damage or advantﬁgc that will accrue to the parties through whose land a new no of ROAD is intended to pass along the line dividing the Farms of Peter McKenna and Peter Aylworth and through William McCallan’s farm to the Palmer’s Road,

Now we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned that. we will commence the execution of the said Commission by attending on the said line of road, at. or near William McCallum's on Monday the Nineteenth day of November next, at the hour of eleven o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day. and proceed in accordance with the terms of the Act 14th Vic, cap 1, and of the Acts in’amendment thereof.
