the suit of Hugh Montgomery, Jessie Wright and Alexander Craig, Trustees and Executors of William Craig, deceased, against Joseph McManus, l have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph McManus, All the right, title and interest of the said Joseph Mac. Manus, in and to 66 acres of land, more or less, together with the improvements thereon, situate on Lot or Township No. 27, in Prince County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 26th day ot'April, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at tho Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereofas will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £25 175 8d, with interest on £15 123, part thereof, from 10th March, 1866, until paid, besides Sheriff‘s fees and
