The Contractor will be required to execute the ordinary form of bond and agreement usually adopted by the Dominion Government for the construction of public worka.

Should any person tendering, not execute said bond and agreement within one week after being notified of the acceptance of his tender, the amount of his cheque wili be absolutely forfeited.
