Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty‘s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James l’eehles, against John Mathewson, deceased, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said John Mathewson, deceased. All the right, title and freehold interest of the said John Mathewson, deceased, in and to one hundred and sixty-five acres of land. situate on Lot or Township No. Thirty-three (33), viz : All that tract, piece or parcel of Land commencing at a stake fixed in the south-west angle of Neil McCallum's granted land; thence north 3 deg. 40 in. west, twenty-one chains; thence west, six chains and forty links to \l'iiisloe Road; thence crossing said road; thence north, along west side thereof, seven chains and sixty links; thence west, fifty chains; thence south, twenty-nine chains and forty-six links to a road leading from Rustico Road to Winsloe Road; thence east, fifty chains to said last mentioned road; thence north, eighty-six links along said road; thence, after crossing said road, cast eight chains and ten links along a road twenty feet wide. to the place of staking, containing, by estimation, one hundred and sixtyvtwo acres of Land, 11. little more or less, and is part of said Township No. Thirty-three, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Wednesday, the 3rd day of October, 1866, at 12 o‘clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set.up and sell, at Public Auction, the Said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ. being Sixty pounds and five pence, with interest from date,

besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

Her Majesty’s Supreme Court ofJudicaturc, at the suit of James Yeo, against Donald McDonald, I have taken and seized, as the property of said Donald McDonald, All his right, title, and iii- terest in and to 100 acres of leasehold land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on hot or Township No. 16; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 4th October, 1866, set up and Sell, at Public Auction, at the Court House in St. EleanOr s, in the said County, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £95 11s ltljd, with lawful interest on £88 7s 3d, part thereof, from 4th September, lb‘65, until paid, and 17s for said writ, besides Sherid"s fees and incidental expenscs.

)Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Yeo against Prospire Arsneaux, I have taken and seized as the property of said Defendent, All his right, title and leasehold interest in and to 60 acres of leasehold land, together with the build- ings and improvements thereon, situate on Lot or Township No. 5; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 4th October, 1866, set up and sell at public auction, the said property, or as much hereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £39 35. 7d., currency, with lawful interest on £36 33. 7d., part thereof from 26th February, 1863, until paid. and 173 for this writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses. N PURSUAN E of a Decree, made in this Honorable Court, in

this suit, hearing date the Sevonteenth day of March last, there will be sold by Public Auction, in the apartment occupied as the Court of Chancery, in the Colonial Building, Charlottetown, on SATURDAY. the Third day of NOVEMBER next, at the hour of Twelve o'clock, noon. Am. that piece of Land, situate in the Parish of Richmond, on Township Number Seventeen, comprised in a certain Mortgage executed by the said William Henry Ellis and Hannah Elfis. his wife, to one Henry Smith, hearing date the Twenty-fifth day of September, 18.38, and by the said llenry Smith asSIgned to William Dodd, the complainant. the same being bounded as follows: commencing at a stake fixed in the North side of the Main Suiniiicrside Road, twenty feet East of the division line between the lands now or lately the property of Jonathan Weatherbe, Esq., and the lands of Mr Robert Ellis; thence run- ning North thirty degrees East. two hundred and seventy ect; thence riast thirty degrees South, tivo hundred and i‘ortyfeet; thence South thirty degrees West, on to the said Suninierside Road; thence West thirty degrees North along the said Road to the stake started from. Also a Water Lot, in front of the said Lot and side of Main Road, one hundred and thirty feet by forty feet, coin- niencing from a stake in a line with the Noith line running thirty degrees East on the shore fronting Dedeque Bay. Together with all easement“, rights and appurtenances to the said lands and premises respectively belonging or appertaining.

A REWARD of THREE POUNDS will be given for the appre- hension of each of the above named Deserters, should they be ap- prehended within thiee months from the date hereof.

UllLIC Notice is hereby given. that Her Majesty’s Supreme

Court of Judicature, for Queen’s County, will be held at the Court House, in Charlottetown, on Tuesday, the 30th day of Octo- ber next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, forenoon, of the same day, of which all Juslices, Coroners, High and Petty Constables and llailiil’s, will take notice, and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil those things which by reason of their several oilices shall be to he done.
