Located on the north west cor- uer of Central and First Streets, the new building is a modern, at- tractively designed, one storey brick building, with facilities for fews. advertising, and circulat- on.

tising office, photo darkroom, newsboys’ room for receiving their papers for delivery, boiler room, and wash rooms.

Former Island Lady Dies In U.S.
Word has been received by relatives here of the death on Sunday of Mrs. .Walter Myers of Hingham, Mass. The former Isabella Hardy Hopgood was born at Oascum-pec eighty-two years ago. As a young woman she went to the United States and while there was married n 1899 to Mr. Myers. a native Of Victoria, P,E.I.
For many years Mrs. Myers
visited Prince. Edward Island
each summer.
Her last trip was made two years ago. She had friends in parts- of the province and all will deeply regret her passing.

The death of Sterling Dyment of Northam occurred as the re- sult of severe chest injuries re- ceived in a car accident on the Clyde River Hill, July 9. .Such was the verdict brought in last night by the Coroner‘s Jury in- vestigating the mishap.
The inquest was conducted by Dr. Harold P. Stewart assisted by Crown Prosecutor, John P. Nicholson.
Evidence was given by D33, T.A Laidlaw, who examined the de- ceased on arrival at the P.E.I. Hospital and pronounced him dead; Dr. John Craig provincial pathologist, who performed the post mortem; Constable Peter J. Borys of the Charlottetown de- tachment of the RCMP, who con- ducted the investigation; Mrs. Emily MacDonald of Churchill, who, drivinan the opposite dir- ection, met the deceased’s truck just prior to the accident; James Frederick Ellis, Northam, the only other passenger travelling with the dibeased when the ac- cident occurred; Colin MacPhail, Meadowbank in whose home the diseased and his passenger had
