Bayshore Inn is looking for students to work in Alberta for the summer. Posi- tions available are Bartenders, Kitchen Help, Bus Persons, Front Desk, Accounting Office Help, Gift Shop Clerks, Housekeep- ing, Maintenance, Night Audit, Cooks, Host/Hostesses, Servers, Groundskeepers, Cocktail Servers. PEI Office of the Future Training Centre has a short-term position available for a Research Assistant. Applicants must have experience in conducting information- gathering interviews, designing question- naires, research planning, and computers. Salary is negotiable. The Federal Government is now accepting application forms for all sum- mer positions for students. In order to work for the government next summer you must fill out an application form. These positions include Canada Employ- ment Centre for Students, Native Intern- ship Program, Defence Research Assistant Program, Natural Resources Canada, Geological Survey of Canada, Justice Canada, Audit Trainee Program, Summer at Vimy France, Customs Coast Guard, Aboriginal Student Aboriginal Training. PEI Advisory Council on the Status of Women -- Bursary For a Woman Student. This bursary is awarded annually to female students of Holland College or UPEI who are enrolled in full-time studies. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria: be able to demonstate a financial need; be out of school for at least two full years; and complete the Advisory Council’s application form. Application forms may be picked up at Student Serv- ices and are to be postmarked no later than November 15, 1995. -

PEI Union of Public Sector Employ- ees ($500). This bursary is awarded annually by the PEI Union of Public Sector Employees to: (1) its members or (2) dependants of members or retired mem-_ bers. The UPSE Public Relations Commit- tee will base its decision on three factors of importance which, in order of importance are: ' (1)financial need, (2)academic ability, (3)UPSE involvement as a member or by the member of whom the applicant is a dependant. When applications are reviewed, it will be done in a ‘‘blind test’’ procedure by whereby Committee mem- bers will not be aware of the applicant’s names. The deadline for applications is December 1, 1995. Applications are available at Student Services.
