The sealing schooner Cod has reached here from Petropaulovski and reports the seizure by Russians of two more Victoria sealers. The Maria, Captain Balcam, was se'zed by the cruiser Zobiaka, and the Car- melite by the revenue cutter Vitlus. Bcth vessels were confiscated and taken to Petro- paulovski. The Maria is owned at Mait- land, N. 8., was purchased at Yarmouth and left via St. John, N. B., last Novem- ber. The Carmelite is owned by J. W. Peppett, North Sydaey, C. B,
