[n Dunk River—m the locality shown on the plan thereof, an- nexed to the said application, and described as followsz—The Eastern boundary thereof, shall be a right line drawn from the extremity of llurd‘s Point whart‘, to Wilmot Paint, Township Number :35, and thence extended to the shore, under or near George Darby's, Township Number 17, the outer or Western boundary thereof. a line drawn from Indian Point Reef, to Welling's Point, Township Number 17.
IN QUEEN’S COUNTY
In the IIillsborough River—in the first division, described as fl)llows:-——'l‘he Eastern boundary thereof, shall be a line drawn from the Queen’s Wharf, Charlottetown, to the Wharfat Minchin’s Point—the Southern boundary shall be a line drawn from Block llouse Point, to 'I‘iout Point--the Northern boundary. a line drawn trom the Queen’s Wharf, to York Point. Township Num- ber 32, and its Western boundary, a line drawafrom York Point to Ganso Point.
His Excellency in Council has been pleased to order, that grants of the rights and privileges so applied for, be offered for

of the invoice of dutiable Goods imported into this Island from the United States of America, shall, in estimating the duties payable thereon, be reduced into current money of the Island, as follows : In all cases where such Invoices shall be made out in Dollars and Uents 0t tne paper currency ot the United States, the amount ot such invoice shall he reduced into current money of this Island by at:- lowing for each Dollar the sum of Four shillings and eight pence, and in thelikc proportion for any fraction of a Dollar,——of which all Collectors of Impost are to take notice, and govern themselves
