If you are a Canadian citizen who will be 18 years of age or older on

Election Day, you have the right

to vote. But to exercise that right, your name must appear on the voters list. .

The recently amended Canada Elections Act makes life simpler. First, revision of the voters list has been extended to give more voters, like yourself, the opportu- nity to be registered.

Next, the Special Ballot has been added, so now there’s a new way to have your say by mail or in person.
