Lonpox, March 11. The severest snow storm fora decade is raging throughout England and Scotland. All the trains out of London are blockaded, and the passengers are suffering untold hardships. The mail car from Folkstune was lost ina snowbank and the cearching “ found the engineer frozen to death. Many deaths are reported in the South of England, and the storm is disastrous on the entire coast. Trafiic all over England is practically suspended. The sea is rising rapidly aud the storm is still raging.
