Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Statute 51 Victoria Cap. 12, Section 91, efter 30 days’ publication of the above list, being list of the tatepayers of the City of Charlo’tetowa who have failed to psy within the time pres. cribed the Assessment severally levied upon their Real Property in said City, I wil! make an application to His Honor, the S:ipendiary Magistrate of said City, for Judg ment against each and a!l of the lands ibove described forthe respective amounts so levied against them, and then unpaid, and that upon such judgment being duly eurered I will turther apply for a warrant for the sale of such lands. *
