Tue St. John Telegrapsé reports that a ter rible accident happened to a young son of Mr. Seth Erb, who lives near Belleisle Bay, King’s County, one day last week. A Coroner’s Jury held an inquest and returned a verdict that the deceased had been wilfally and maliciously thrown off the boom by Joseph Feener, thus . causing his death.

Feener was arrested and to-day.
