Scnooxer Seizep.—On Saturday Serg'. Bradley seized the schooner Alma, lying at Peake’s No. 2 wharf. The seizure is the outeome of the suit for wages brought by Henry Bell, late master of the Alma, against Hugh Bruce, the owner of the schooner. If the suit is not settled in the meantime, the schooner will be sold by j anction on Tuesday week.
Teacuers’ Instrrvete —The paper read by Rev. Mr. Fullerton at the meeting of the Teachers’ Institute on Saturday night was both interesting and in-tructive, and was greatly aporeciated by all present.
