In a letter to Derek Key, Reg MacAdam, chief inspector for the Liquor Con— trol Commission stated that bee; or wine was not to be carried anywhere in the Barn in bottles, rather it is to be poured into plastic con- tainers at the bar. This is the Second varning S.U. has received from the licensing

When replying to the letter Key said that the bartenders and campus pol— ice had been told of the re- gulation and would enforce it. A letter has gone out to Bill Leask, chief C.P., . advising him of this matter and it will be enforced beginning immediatly.

Thanks to the work of Terry Parsons, Gordie Coffin and Tony Reddin the first meeting of the U.P.E.I. Photographer's Club was held Monday, Nov.8 at 12:30 in Memorial Hall.
The first piece of business the election of a chair— man, was wound up quickly with Larry Green being
dispensed via plastic containers.

He has indicated he will drop out of all stud- ent union involvement.

a better understanding of Island affairs. Key also discussed the foreclosure on the $15,000 loan the S.U. has from the university. As well as the rental pro— blems of last year. When asked if he felt that lack of money consigned to the university was affecting education, Derek said he did not feel education at the university was partic- ularly affected. He did mention though the compul- sory English Composition course, which all Frosh must take, between now and graduation, and the fact that there are not enough pro- fessors for the number of students. g

The purpose of the Club is not only to let the photographers around campus compare in— formation but also to supply photographs to both the Cadre and the Year— book plus any of the other University Offices who require them. So, if you are interested in putting your knowledge in photography to work or interested in learning photography, drop by the room beside the Cadre office in Memorial Hall, Monday, Nov.15 at 12:30 for our next meeting.
