D. 1856. and the 3lst day ofAugust, A. D. 1864. all the right, title and interest of the Hon. DONALD MCDONALD, late of GLENALADALE, in Queen's County, in Prince Edward Island, deceased, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, part of Township Number THIRTY- sxx. in the said lsland, containing 1937 Acres of LAND, a little more or less, described and bounded as follows, that is to say :—commencing at a square stake fixed on the North Shore of llillsborough River, in the east bound- ary of a Tract of Land in posession of the Heirs of the late Angus McKenzie ; thence following the courses of the East boundary North for the distance of one hundred and ten (I10) chains; thence by a right angle line running West for the ditance of twenty (20) chains ; thence by a right angle line running North for the distance of twenty- five (‘25) chains, thence by a right angle line running West for the distance of forty (40) chains ; thence by a right angle line running North for the distance of one hundred and ninety-two (192) chains to the South boundary of a Tract of Land in possession of Donald Steele ; thence by a right angle line running Eat for the distance of ninety (90) chains, or until it meets the division line between said Let er Township No. thirty-six (36) and Lot or Township thirty-seven (37). thence following the course of said Divi- sicn line according to the Magnetic North of the year 1764, South to said Shore. thence following the various courses of the said Shore westwardly to the place of commencement. I have thought lit, by and with the advice of Her Majesty’s Executive Council, further to prorogue the said General Assembly, and the same is hereby prorogucd until Tuesday, the Twenty eighth day of February next, then to meet for the Dispatch of Business, of which all persons concerned are required to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
