by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying: out :i'nd altering of ilieliwaysf‘ and of the Acts in amendment. thereof, whereby we are comm inded to enquire what damage. or advantage will accrue to those persmis who are interested in the land through which a certain new road is intend- ed to be made, commencing at the Cross Road at l-‘ierre Jacques School House, and to go iiorthwardly, terminating; at the O'Leary Road, and which ro’ad will run through or over Land's belongfing to A. lb A. liamsay, James Walsh, Dickinson, Bette and Patrick McLellan.

Now we do hereby give public notice to all parties, that we will commence the execution of said Writ, by a ttendiiig at. the Cross Roads at Pierre Jacques School house, on the Tenth day of No- Veuiber at. the hour of 1” o’clock, in the t‘orcnoon of the same day, and from thence we \vill proceed along the said new line of road, and complete the inquest according toJaw.
