I have levied the said Writ on the above recited Town Lots for the several amounts due thereon; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will set up and sell, at the Court House in Charlottetown, on Friday, the Seventh day of December next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, the above recited Town Lots, to satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ against them, together with 163. 8d. for the said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Barbara Lelia Alice Peaks, Thomas Peaks and Daniel Hodgson, Executors of the last Will and Testament of James Peaks, deceased, against James Roper, l have taken and seized as the property of the said James Roper, All the Right, Title and Freehold Interest, property, claim and demand of the said James Roper, in and to the following tracts, pieces and parcels of land and pasture lots, situate, lying and being in Charlottetown Royalty. in Queen’s County, in the said Island, and being Pasture Lots Nos. 295. 238, and one-third part of pasture lot No. 237, together with the Dwell- ing House, Barn and Workshop thereon, and fronting on the Saint Peter's Road; also all those other Four Pasture Lots situate in Charlottetown Royalty aforesaid, being Nos. 561. 562, 566 and 567, situated to the westward of St. Peter’s Road, and bounded on the front and rear by the two eastwardly Royalty Roads, with all and singular the appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging, all which Pasture Lots are delineated and laid down on the plan of Pasture Lots in Charlottetown Royalty ; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on Wednesday, the Sixteenth day of December, 1869, at twelve o'clock, noon, at the Court House in Char- lottetown, in the said County, sat up and sell at Public Auction the said property, or so much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being One hundred and fifty-ﬁve pounds eleven shillings and four pence, debt and costs, with interest from 28th October, 1865, until paid, on One hundred and ﬁfty pounds, and also 163. 8d. for the said Writ, besides Sheriff ’s poundage and all other incidental

Township No. 65, in the said Island; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Mon- day, the 9th day of Dccmnber next, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up aml sell by Public Auction the said property, or as ancll thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being £17 6s. 6d, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.
