FERRY STILL OPERATES- The Rocky Point Ferry was still operating yesterday despite the ice which closed Charlottetown harbor with a sheet of armour. Constant use of the one lane by the ferry kept a path open tn Rocky Point. Last year the boat went off the service on January 12, it was said.
