“ The {cut measure of importance which has attracted the moot attention and conversation is the decree of President Comoiifort against the real estate of the church. You are well aware, that the groater part of all the lands, both city and rural, in Mexico, are c by the clergy. The Government has determined that the church shall not holdlnndo, but must sell them within three months, and take mort- gogoo for the ‘purchase monoy.
