The Committees appointed by the House to deliver two separate Addresses to His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor, ha. ving both been received by his Excellency at the same time, Mr. Owen, the Chair- man of the COmmittee for presenting the Address on the expediency of opening cer- tain new roads in the Course of the pre- sent year, ﬁrst read the said Address to which no answer was made by His Ex- cellency. -
