I have taken and seized as the property of the said Donald McInnis, all the right. title and Freehold Interest of the said Donald Mclnnis, in and to One hundred acres of land. a little more or less, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on the south side of Bay Fortune River, on Township Number Forty-three, in King’s County, bounded on the north and east by said river, on the south by land in possession of James Simonson, and on the west by the eastern boundary line of Township, Number Fifty-six, and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the twenty-second day of January, A.
