Arrangements as to Drill and Instruction will he made by the Inspecting Field Ollicer of Militia.

awarded by the National Rifle Associa- tion, and other prizes, Will be held near L‘harlottetgown. on or about the 4th day of OCTOBER next.

Each Company of the Voluntcchilitia may send in one competitor for every ten enrolled members.

There will he prizes open to the competi- tion of all Colliers.

Captains of l ‘om panics ol'Volunteer M ilitia. will send in, belore the 1st of October, the names of men elected to compete.

Application to be made at this Olliec for Rifles and Ammunition.

Detailed Regulations will be published hereafter.
