James \Varburton, Treasurer of Prince Edward Island, 01. behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, against the following Pasture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots in the Royalty of Charlottetown, being the arrears of assessment due thereon for the various sums following, viz :—

I have levied the said \Vrit on the above recited Pasture Lots, and ports of Posture Lots, for the several amounts due thereon ; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, set up and sell, at the Court House, in Charlottetown. at public Auction, on Friday, the ’l'wenty-seventh day of August next, 1869 at the hour of Twelve o'clock, noon, the above mentioned Posture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots, to satisfy the levy marked on the mid \Vrit against them, together with His. 8d. for the said W'rit, besides Sheriff's fees and all incidental expenses.

(25) formerly leased to James RIJSSel, and running southerly the distance of one hundred feet, or until it meets land formerly owned by Charles Hyde; thence westerly the distance of seventy-eight feet. and one half foot; thence at right

HEREAS a Writ has been issued to us. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty. intituled ” An Act to ro« guliitc the laying out and altering of l‘lighways,” and of the Acts an amendment thereof, whereby we are com- manded to Enquire what damage or advantage will ac- crue to those persons who are interested in the lands through which a certain new road is intended to be made. commencing at Fraser‘s, Millvule. We do hereby give notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of the said writ by attending at Murphy's. bead Millvalo River, on Thursday, the 26th day of August next, at the hourof ten o’clock, in the. forenoon. and from thence we will proceed through the said new line of road and complete the inquest according to law.
