The case of Phyllis (Mrs. Leithi Dickicson charged with the theft of some $14,000 from the New Glasgow Dairy was adjourned to May 23 by Judge C. St. Clair Trainor in Queens County Court yesterday for further con-. sideration as to the sentencei which is to be handed down ml the accus . 1

Judge T-rainor stated, in re- viewing the case. that he thought that the offence committed by Mrs. Dickinson was a serious breach of trust between an em- ployee and her employer and could not be dealt with lightly.
