SHERIFF'S SALE.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed,

issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John Knight against Ronald Walker, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Ronald Walker, all his right, title and interest in and to one acre of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon, situate at Annandale, Grand River, Township No. 56, bounded on the North by land in possession of Archibald McDonald, on the South by Grand River, on the East by Grand River Wharf Road, and on the West by [and in possession of William Norton, Esq., in Kings County; and i do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Friday, the 6th day of September next-.at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, at the Old Court [loose in George- town, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of One Hundred and Thirty-nine Pounds Six Shillings and Sixpence, debt and costs, Wtih interest on One Hundred Pounds from 1st January, A. D. 1867. until paid, together with 163 8d for the said writ, besides Sheriff's fees and all incidental expenses.

issued out of [ler Majesty’s Supreme Court ofJudicature, at the suit of Stephen Swabey and Isaac Roberts lickart, against Joseph MoVarish and Montague Collin, [ have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph Mo‘v’arish, all his right, title and interest in and to 100 acres of Land, :1 little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon, situate on Township No. 39, in King’s County, bounded on the North by [and in possession of James Walsh; on the West by land in possession of Donald McVarish; on the East by [and in possession of James MeVarish ; and on the South by farms fronting on the Back Farm Road; and [do hereby give Public Notice, that [ will, on the 6th day of September, 1867, at the hour of 12 o'clock. noon, at the Old Court House in Georgetown, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of One Hundred and Three Pounds Sixteen Shillings and Eightpence, debt and costs, with interest on One Hundred Pounds, from 27th day of September, 1866, until paid, with [Gs 8d for the said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.

Hunt, 1 have taken and seized as the property of the said Charles S. Hunt, all the right, title and freehold interest of the said Charles 8. Hunt, in and to a quarter of an acre of Land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in St. Eleanor’s, Lot or Townihip No. 17. in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on the 12th day of September, 1867, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court [louse in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and cell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as Will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £53 currency, with lawful interest on the sum of £50, part thereof, from the 11th June, 1861, until paid, and [78, for said writ, besides Sheriffs fees and incidental expenses.

STRAY FlLLY.--'1‘his is to give Notice that a Bay Blood FILLY, apparently rising four years old, and lame from epavin, has been on the Subscriber’s premises since on or about the 10th day of June last, and that due diligence having been used, according to law, to beat her off said premises, without avail, he has obtained a magistrate’s order to authorize the selling of said Filly at Public Auction, and that accordingly she will, on MONDAY, the 30th day of September next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, be ofi'ered for sale at Public Auction, at his barn, unless she shall be claimed and redeemed in the meantime.
