Y virtue of a writ of alias Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Match against Hector Currie McMillan and 'I‘heophilus Nelson, I have taken and seized, as thc'propcrty of the said IIector Currie McMillan, all the undivided estate, right, title, share and interest of the said IIector Currie McMillan, in and to all that tract of Freehold Land, being part of TOWIlSlllp Number Sixty—two, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, bounded and de- scribed as follows, that is to say : on the west by land now in the possession of Duncan Taylor, north by land in the possesssion of James Mann and Hector Mann. east by land in the possession of Donald b‘ell, south by the Straits of Northunibcrland, containing one hundred acres of land, a little more or less, together with all the Buildings and ap- purtenances thereunto bclonging,——Also : all the right, title and freehold interest. or" the said Hector Currie McMillan, in and to all that tract of land, situated on Township Sixty- two. aforesaid, having a front of two chains on the south side of the W'ood Island settlement Road, and extending back three chains and twenty—three links, bOunded on the east by Norman and AngUs Mel’herson’s land—Also: that other tract ot‘land having a front of two chains on the north side of the Wood Island settlement Road. and extending back two chains and scvwnty-eight links, and bounded on the east by land in the possession of Angus and Norman McPherson, both said tracts containing one acre of land, to- gether with all the houses, buildings and Mills thereon, and promises and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in Queen’s County,——And also : as the property of the said Theophilus Nelson, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said 'lhcophilus Nelson, in and to sixty-two acres of lease- hold land, a little more or less, with the buildings and ap- purtenances thereunto belonging—viz : bounded as follows: north by the iaim occupied by Frederick Nelson, south by Orwell Bay, west by China Creek, east by China Point loud, situated on Lot Fifty, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the twenty-eighth day of June, 1870, at 'I‘welve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public Auction, the said property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said \Vrit, being Three Hundred Pounds, with intetcst thereon irom the fifth day of January, 1866, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses, and 168. 8d. for writ, WILLIAM McGILL, Sheriff.
