'Jhe following is a letter received by the Sun two weeks ago. It was not printed in last week's issue be- cause it carried no signiture and acc- ompanying phone nu- mber.

However, because of the nature of this letter, we have ar— reed to run it as follows:

'Ihis is my second year at U.P.E.I.

Last year I got my insurance money back from the man in the rink because my fath- er has Blue Cross.

This year the man got me to sign a card and did not return my mon— ey. I phoned the nurse

We werevwalking from Berna— dine Hall tcward downtmm on University Ave. We had to use the left side of the road because the side walk had not been cleared from last week's storm.
